Return policy:
Orders more than 30 days from date of receipt by customers are non-refundable.
We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund.
When you receive and sign for the bike, please carefully check if your package box is damaged or not. If it is damaged, please make a remark "The package damaged" On the receipt certificate. Otherwise, the carrier will deny that they broke the item to deny the package damaged claims.
All product returns must be in unopened and in salable condition to receive a full refund. If the item is opened or used the orders subject to a 15-30% restocking fee.
Personal reasons for return (dislike, unsuitable, etc .), will be charged 15-30 % of the restocking fee and the return shipping fee is by the customer account.  Electric trike may be more than 30% of restocking fee.
Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address, or marked as unclaimed, is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To prevent the return without the package box, please must keep the outer box and inner packaging for at least one month, and do not throw away your carton casually. It is also imperative that you retain the shipping pallet if the item is a complete tricycle. If these packing items are descarded. The return will become that much more complicated and expensive.
The customer is in charge of properly packaging the bike, and returning.
Any damages caused during the shipping due to the lack of packaging might be deducted from the refund.

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we'll pay the return shipping costs as this is a result of our error by sending you a pre-paid shipping label.

      · less than 10 miles on the odometer.
      · no major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction.
      · depending on the bike(s)' condition, a restocking fee of 15 - 30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental united states may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Cancellation policy:
Cancel the order before shipped it out, there is no processing fee will be charged. Cancellation of orders after shipment, a restocking fee/shipping fee of 15-30% will be charged. Electric trike may be more than 30% of restocking fee

Note: Freight forwarder will contact receivers by phone calls before delivery. Please ensure to provide a contactable phone number in order to avoid any delays or returns. In order to avoid the information error and not being able to contact you, we will contact you before delivery to confirm that the order information is correct and then deliver the goods, please pay attention to check your email message.
