Billing and Account Information

In accordance with customs regulations, customers are required to provide true and valid information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information for all transactions made in our store, and to promptly update such information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, to ensure that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order. If an error is identified, we will contact you promptly with a full explanation and a corrected quotation.

Likewise, customers may not take advantage of any loopholes, errors, or inaccuracies on the website for personal gain. Any such gain shall be deemed improper, and the customer must immediately forfeit all related benefits. All information displayed on this website is provided for reference only and does not constitute a formal offer for sale. A binding contract shall only come into effect upon delivery of the goods.

Once an order has been dispatched, transportation is handled entirely by third-party logistics providers. At this stage, ownership of the product transfers fully to the buyer; therefore, all risks and responsibilities associated with transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

Product Price

Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include value-added tax (VAT), import taxes, or customs duties. If your shipment is inspected by local customs and deemed taxable, all related taxes, duties, and fees shall be borne by the buyer.

Transportation and Distribution

The estimated shipping time displayed on our website refers to the estimated dispatch date of the package. Actual delivery times may be affected by various factors beyond our control. Therefore, if you require the product for a specific occasion or event (such as a birthday), we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance. The store shall not be held liable for any delivery delays; however, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

To ensure successful delivery and provide peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. If a shipping issue occurs, we will resend the package free of charge. If the product is out of stock, a refund option will be offered instead.

For orders placed without shipping insurance, the store assumes no responsibility. The customer bears all risks associated with the shipment during transit.

In some cases, we may confirm an order but later discover that the product is unavailable. If we are unable to supply the ordered item within a reasonable time, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel the order with a full refund.

All shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday). During major holidays, including but not limited to Christmas, Chinese New Year, Black Friday, and Singles’ Day (November 11), additional delivery time may be required. We will provide advance notice of potential delays during such periods whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. The store shall not be held responsible for lost packages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information.

The store shall not be held liable if a package is seized or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions in the destination country or region. Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. The store does not cover any import taxes or duties; if incurred, such charges shall be borne by the customer. Please note that our shipping insurance does not cover any customs-related issues, including but not limited to goods destroyed or confiscated due to import prohibitions in the destination country or region.

If a buyer refuses to accept a package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer shall be responsible for all costs incurred as a result.

Any order marked as “Delivered” by the logistics carrier shall be deemed successfully delivered. The store shall not be held liable for claims of non-receipt in such cases.

If a package is returned while the shipping address and contact information used match the information provided by the customer, the store shall not bear any responsibility.

Orders will be shipped strictly according to the information provided at checkout. The store shall not be held responsible if the customer places an incorrect order and receives the wrong product as a result.
