Is there an assembly video for this tricycle?I'm a little concerned because I've noticed that many other brands don't provide detailed instructions.
- Each vehicle comes with a printed instruction manual, and we've also prepared step-by-step video tutorials for a smooth installation.

How is the battery on this vehicle? The few tricycles I've used before could hardly get a range of more than 30 km.
- Our vehicle is equipped with a high-quality 48V 20Ah lithium battery, offering a range of up to approximately 75 km on a single charge. The actual range may vary depending on factors such as road conditions, payload, and riding speed, but its overall performance is consistent and durable.
- Furthermore, if you find the range drops below 80% of the specified standard within the first year of normal use, please feel free to contact us. We will provide after-sales support and diagnostic services to ensure you have a worry-free experience.
How long will my order be shipped?
Crosight ships within 2-10 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Is the order free shipping?
Free shipping is available to most states in the U.s., with the exception of some remote and restricted areas, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and certain APo addresses.
