Crosight is a consolidated electric tricycle factory specializing in fairings, and automobile accessories, dedicated to providing the world with high-quality products. Established in 2006, we operate customer service center, and shipping system that allows customers to receive faster shipping service and greater satisfaction.

Refund and Returns Policy
Return Window
Customers should contact us within 30 days after receiving the item. During this period, we accept returns in the following cases:
- Goods are in good condition and don't affect secondary sales
- Customer wants to return the item for personal reasons
Important: Orders more than 30 days from date of receipt are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fees
1. Quality Problems, Wrong Items, or Service Issues:
The seller will pay for the shipping fee if you receive incorrect or defective products. We'll provide a pre-paid shipping label as this is a result of our error.
2. Personal Reasons:
For returns due to personal reasons (no longer needed, don't like, bought by mistake, etc.), the customer will pay the return shipping fee.
3. Packaging Requirements:
Please retain the original packaging to facilitate returns. If the original packaging is lost, you must secure alternative packaging that ensures the product fits properly and is protected from damage during transit. Any damage incurred during the transportation process due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Requirements
- Less than 10 miles on the odometer
- No major scratches or paint chips (any attempt to hide scratches and chips will result in refund deduction)
- All product returns must be in unopened and salable condition to receive a full refund
- We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund
Restocking Fees
- If the item is opened or used, orders are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee
- Personal reasons for return will be charged 15-30% restocking fee
- Electric trikes may incur more than 30% restocking fee
- Any package that is refused or undeliverable due to insufficient address, or marked as unclaimed, is subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Orders outside the continental United States may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%
- Depending on the tricycle(s)' condition, a restocking fee of 15-30% will be charged
Packaging & Inspection
Upon Delivery:
When you receive and sign for the tricycle, please carefully check if your package box is damaged. If it is damaged, please make a remark "The package damaged" on the receipt certificate. Otherwise, the carrier will deny that they broke the item.
Keep Your Packaging:
To prevent complications with returns, you must keep the outer box and inner packaging for at least one month. Do not throw away your carton casually. It is imperative that you retain the shipping pallet if the item is a complete tricycle. If these packing items are discarded, the return will become much more complicated and expensive.
Return Packaging:
The customer is in charge of properly packaging the tricycle for return. Any damages caused during shipping due to lack of packaging might be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
- There is no handling charge for returns.Any damages caused during shipping due to lack of packaging might be deducted from the refund
- If you haven’t received the refund within 7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at CrosightCS@outlook.com.
- Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Important: The freight forwarder will contact receivers by phone before delivery. Please ensure you provide a contactable phone number to avoid delays or returns. We will contact you before delivery to confirm that the order information is correct. Please pay attention to check your email messages.
