Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Start Date

All products purchased from Crosight are covered by our warranty service. Crosight provides a one-year limited warranty starting from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

2. Warranty Period and Eligibility

Products purchased through officially authorized Crosight sales channels are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
(All complimentary or free accessories included with the product are not covered under warranty.)

The warranty becomes effective automatically once the original purchaser places an order through our online store and receives the product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original product.

Warranty Transfer Policy

The warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner only if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The one-year warranty period has not expired from the date the original purchaser received the product; and

  2. The new owner can provide the original purchaser’s name and the original order number.

3. Warranty Coverage Scope

Shipping & Service Area Clarification

To avoid ambiguity, please note that we do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. overseas territories.
Our shipping services and warranty replacement part shipments are available only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

One-Year Warranty: Parts & Components

The following parts and components are covered under the one-year limited warranty:

stem, handlebar, headset, brakes (excluding brake pads), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, kickstand, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, frame, fork, motor, battery, throttle, LCD display, wiring harness, front light, rear light, charger, and shifter.

Ownership Warranty Terms

The original owner is entitled to all warranty services listed above.
If the applicable warranty period has expired, subsequent owners are not eligible for warranty coverage.
(All warranty claims require a valid order number.)

4. Exclusions from This Limited Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear of any covered parts. Even with proper maintenance, components may experience normal wear due to use and environmental factors.

  • Any loss or damage resulting from theft, robbery, or vandalism.

  • Consumable or wear items, including but not limited to: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake rotors, bearings, stripped threads or bolts, cables, grips, chains, freewheels, cassettes, and spokes.

  • Damage caused by failure to follow Crosight’s terms, instructions, or user manuals, or damage resulting from improper adjustments.

  • Damage or defects caused by improper operation as outlined in the user manual, improper installation or assembly, force majeure events, accidents, collisions, misuse, improper repairs, negligence, abuse, commercial use, alterations or modifications, corrosion, poor maintenance, installation of non-original or incompatible parts or accessories, operational errors, water damage, extreme riding conditions, stunt riding, and/or insufficient follow-up maintenance.

  • Third-party repair or replacement costs unless prior written approval is obtained from Crosight before service begins. A quotation must be submitted for approval in advance. Repairs performed without approval are not covered, even if Crosight is notified.
    Approved reimbursements must be supported by valid receipts or invoices. Claims without documentation will not be approved. Crosight reserves the right to modify or revoke the final reimbursement amount.

  • Any damage, malfunction, or loss caused by unauthorized repairs or the use of unauthorized parts.

  • Battery damage caused by power surges, use of damaged/improper/unauthorized chargers, inadequate maintenance, improper operation or storage, normal wear, corrosion, negligence, accidents, exposure to unsuitable environments (including but not limited to moisture or extreme temperatures), or water ingress.

  • If the electric trike shows signs of abuse, neglect, improper repair or maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, this limited warranty shall be deemed void, as determined solely by Crosight.

Crosight reserves the final right to determine whether any damage or defect falls within the scope of this limited warranty.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

Please email the following information to our official support address:

  • Order number

  • Trike model/type

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once confirmed, the Crosight customer service team will send replacement parts free of charge and provide a notification email with the tracking number.

Replacement parts will be shipped by default to the original shipping address associated with the order.
If your address has changed, please contact us by email in advance with the updated shipping information.

Important Notice

If your product was purchased through Amazon, this warranty policy does not apply. We strongly recommend contacting the platform directly, as they have access to your original order information and can process your request more efficiently.
For purchases made outside of those platforms, Crosight will continue to provide warranty support.
